We offer on-site technical service and are available to support our customers during commissioning, installation and use of our products.
Service response times are flexible to suit our customers. Calls are always completed within the time limit agreed with the customer. We carry a wide range of service stock at all times to minimise response times, this of course reduces costs all round.
Our objective is to provide a fast, professional and friendly service to our customers.
We provide 12 months parts and labour cover on all our installations, or with a 5-year plan if required. We can also provide Service on a call out basis charged by the hour.
New customers are attracted by our reputation of a job well done at a fair price.
